Proposed Actions
For postdoctoral fellows, within 3 months of their appointment, they should be required to one of 3 (or more) options for research and work towards their desired path. Implement biannual performance evaluations to ensure that postdocs remain on track:
1. Postdoc → Instructor → Faculty
2. Postdoc → Industry
3. Postdoc → Research scientist
